Open main menu and navigate to your profile.
Then click "Start new world"

You can save your world by opening the hub and clicking save on the current world widget (at the bottom).
Your saved worlds are private until published.
New versions of published worlds also remain private until "updating changes".
Latest saved is not published automatically to allow "draft" version.
